• Hepatosplenomegaly
• Enlarged lymph nodes
BARIUM FOLLOW-THROUGH
• Distorted, thickened nodular folds.
• Tiny nodular mucosal deposits, especially in the jejunum.
• Alw ays look at the vertebral bodies, as mastocytosis can involve the bone marrow and produce dense sclerotic vertebrae.
CT
• Irregular small bowel fold thickening
• Ileal wall thickening
• Lymph node enlargement
