Rare, more common in those of Turkish descent. It mimics ileocecal tuberculosis (TB) and Crohn disease. It is a chronic granulomatous disease causing a lymphocytic vasculitis.
• Oedematous terminal ileum with large penetrating ulcers.
• Check for perforation or fistulation.
