Similar imaging appearance to gallbladder carcinoma.
CT
• Pericholecystic infiltration to the liver.
• Biliary obstruction.
• Regional lymphadenopathy.
• Multiple intramural, low-density nodules (xanthogranulomas) suggests XGC over gallbladder malignancy.
