• Often a multilocular cystic lesion in the right hepatic lobe.
• Contains internal septations.
• Mural papillary projections are characteristic.
CT
• Well-defined cystic lesions with internal septations.
• Septations, cyst walls and solid components may enhance (unlike simple cysts).
