Rare association of fibrous dysplasia with soft tissue myxoma. It is non-familial and more common in women.
MRI

•  Myxoma most commonly found in the thigh.
•  Appears as a well-defined lesion with signal intensity similar to water, often has a fat rind.
•  Adjacent muscle high signal on T2 images.
•  Moderately intense heterogeneous enhancement.
•  Reported cases of malignant change to osteosarcoma.
