Turcot
- Autosomal recessive.
- Associated with central nervous system tumours, especially supratentorial glioblastoma and occasionally medulloblastoma, which affect life expectancy.
Cowden
- Hamartomatous polyps in the stomach and rectosigmoid. Skin lesions and oral disorders (gingival hyperplasia, oral papillomas and mucocutaneous pigmentation).
- Increased risk of breast and thyroid malignancy.
Muir-Torre
- Associated with bowel polyps, cutaneous adenoma and keratoacanthoma.
Cronkhite-Canada
- Non-familial polyposis associated with malabsorption, polyposis and skin disorders (alopecia, skin hyperpigmentation and onychodystrophy).
- No increased risk of malignancy.
