Turcot
  • Autosomal recessive. 
  • Associated with central nervous system tumours, especially supratentorial glioblastoma and occasionally medulloblastoma, which affect life expectancy.
Cowden
  • Hamartomatous polyps in the stomach and rectosigmoid. Skin lesions and oral disorders (gingival hyperplasia, oral papillomas and mucocutaneous pigmentation). 
  • Increased risk of breast and thyroid malignancy.
Muir-Torre
  • Associated with bowel polyps, cutaneous adenoma and keratoacanthoma.
Cronkhite-Canada
  • Non-familial polyposis associated with malabsorption, polyposis and skin disorders (alopecia, skin hyperpigmentation and onychodystrophy). 
  • No increased risk of malignancy.
