This is a multisystem granulomatous disease. Splenomegaly is the most common abnormality affecting the spleen.
• Hepatosplenomegaly
• Hepatic and splenic nodules up to 3 cm—low signal on all sequences (hypoattenuating on CT)
• Lymphadenopathy
• Pancreatic mass
