This is a rare disorder associated with situs ambiguous.
It is characterised by
- multiple small spleens, usually seen in the right abdomen.
- Absence of the intrahepatic portion of the IVC with azygos or hemiazygos continuation
- no gallbladder and bilateral bilobed lungs
It is associated with malrotation in 80%.
