Typical presentation is at 2-4 years of age with visual deficits and diencephalic syndrome (i.e. hypothalamic and thalamic dysfunction).
CT
•  Mass in suprasellar region extending into the optic chiasm
•  Mixed enhancement due to tumour necrosis
•  Cystic areas and calcifications
