Rare, also known as hereditary multiple osteochondromatosis; it is inherited by autosomal dominance. Most patients are diagnosed by 5 years of age. There is short stature in 40%. About 5% become malignant.

•  Humerus and knees involved in nearly all cases
•  May be bilateral and symmetrical
