• Linear fat stranding adjacent to the site of primary indicates invasion.
• Peritoneal carcinomatosis is associated with ascites and nodules.
• Look for enhancing nodules on the diaphragm and around the liver and spleen—calcified nodules pretreatment suggest an ovarian or gastric primary.
