• Well-defined mass, heterogeneous internal echogenicity
CT
• Heterogeneous mass often with a prominent cystic component.
• Mass necrosis and punctate calcification.
• The majority are found in the pancreatic head.
• Hypoenhancing compared to adjacent normal gland.
