Rare combination of synovitis, acne, palmoplantar pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis/osteomyelitis. There may be a delay of several years between the onset of osseous symptoms and cutaneous manifestations. Similar to chronic, recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in children.
PLAIN FILM
• Dominant feature is new and bizarre bone proliferation.
• The sternoclavicular joint is affected most commonly (70%-90%), then flat bones, then medial clavicles.
