•  Review the bones—osteoma may develop; these are specific to Gardener syndrome and are more common in the mandible and calvarium.

CT
•  Ill-defined mesenteric fibrosis or a focal enhancing mesenteric mass (i.e. desmoid tumour).
 Duodenal polyps are most common.
•  Gastric hamartoma.
•  Associated with periampullary carcinoma.
