Plain brain CT:

Showing wide separation of the lateral ventricles with straight parallel parasagittal orientation  "bat-wing" appearance with absent callosal body; laterally convex frontal horns indicating absent genu of  the corpus callosum; disproportionate enlargement of the occipital horns (colpocephaly); upward displacement  of widened 3rd ventricle "high-riding 3rd ventricle".

Diagnosis:

Corpus callosum agenesis.
