A newborn with multiple congenital anomalies.
Brain ultrasound:
The median sagittal section (B) shows complete absence of the corpus callosum with an abnormal orientation of the cerebral sulci. The posterior coronal section (A) shows "teardrop" ventriculomegaly, or colpocephaly, or disproportionate enlargement of the occipital horns by absence of the splenium and wide separation of the lateral ventricles with straight parallel parasagittal orientation.
