Type II or open lip schizencephaly.

Transcranial ultrasound (median coronal "A" and right parasagittal "B"):

Shows bilateral frontoparietal  clefts giving a "Butterfly" appearance, connecting the lateral ventricles and CSF spaces bilaterally and directly  through the brain parenchyma without ventricular wall or septum pellucidum.

Diagnosis:

Type II or open lip schizencephaly.
