PLAIN FILM
• Well-defined lucent lesion in the metaphysis and eccentric in the medulla with a prominent sclerotic rim
• Most common in the proximal tibia.
• Geographic bone destruction
• Contains trabeculations and stippled calcification (about 10%)
• No periosteal reaction![]()

MRI
• Useful to demonstrate true tumour extent prior to surgery
