1. Characteristic simple cyst. No follow-up.
2. Septated (less than 2 mm thick), thin wall/septal calcification, high-density cyst (60-100 HU). No follow-up.
3. 2f. Thickened cyst walls or septate, no contrast enhancement. Thickened/nodular calcification of walls or septae. Most likely benign. Follow-up at 3, 6 and 9 months.
4. Indeterminate, most surgically excised. Thick, irregular calcification, thick septae with or without enhancement, irregular margins, multilocular mass.
5. Frankly malignant, necrotic neoplasm arising from cyst wall. Irregular nodules, nodular septation, thick/shaggy walls/septae, solid areas with enhancement.
